• Licensed Logo Usage: The client is solely responsible for obtaining any necessary permissions or licenses for the use of specific logos (such as sponsor logos, vehicle brand logos, or other company logos) requested to be included in the design. We are not responsible for any legal disputes or copyright claims that arise from the unauthorized use of these logos. By ordering a design that includes such logos, the client represents and warrants that they have the legal right or authorization to use them.

• Design Similarity: Every design we create is based on the specific requests and instructions of the client. We strive to create unique artwork; however, any unintentional similarity to other brands’ products is entirely beyond our responsibility. By approving the final design, the client accepts that such similarities may occur, and we are not liable for any claims or disputes arising from such resemblances.

3. Product Description and Color Accuracy

We make every effort to ensure that the designs displayed on our website are as accurate as possible in terms of color and appearance. However, please be aware that the colors you see on your screen (monitor, smartphone, etc.) may vary due to differences in screen settings and lighting. Therefore, the final colors on the printed decal product may differ slightly from what you see digitally. We are not responsible for minor color discrepancies.

5. Returns and Warranty Policy

All orders are custom-made and considered final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds unless there is a significant production error on our part. Any complaints must be made within 24 hours of receiving the product, accompanied by clear photo or video evidence.
